Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias is visiting Berlin on Monday, where he will meet with his German counterpart, Heiko Maas, and the president of the German Parliament, Wolfgang Schaeuble.
Dendias will also have a meeting with the heads of DGAP and SWP think tanks, Daniela Schwarzer and Volker Perthes respectively.
The foreign minister's visit to Berlin is, according to diplomatic sources, part of the plan to redefine Greece's relations with traditional allies and "old Europe" partners, which is a priority of the country's foreign policy.
Our country attaches great importance to further deepening cooperation and dialogue with Germany. In this framework, they will discuss the strengthening of cooperation as well as issues of European interest.
