FM Katrougalos visits Singapore

Foreign Minister Giorgos Katrougalos, who is visiting Singapore on Wednesday and Tuesday, will have significant political and economic contacts.

On Wednesday, he will have a meeting with Chan Chun Sing, Minister of Trade and Industry, in order to discuss ways to strengthening bilateral economic and trade cooperation. He will then address the Greek-Singapore Business Forum, aiming at expanding business synergies between the two sides and further enhancing the extroversion of Greek entrepreneurship.

On Thursday, Katrougalos will be received by Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, as well as his counterpart Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. The two ministers will sign a taxation agreement. Then they will visit the Embassy of Greece in Singapore, where they will attend the official opening ceremony.

During his stay in the country, the Foreign Minister will give a lecture at the Singapore Institute of International Relations.
