We want a strong mandate and a majority in parliament, Mitsotakis says

Main opposition New Democracy (ND) leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a conversation with citizens and employees at theatre of Anavros in Volos, late on Tuesday.

"We want a strong mandate and a majority in parliament," said Mitsotakis.

He referred to the reduction of taxes, the offering of tax incentives and the cutting down on bureaucracy.

He also stressed that ND will reduce the cost of borrowing in order to support private initiative.

Regarding pensions, he said that we will have a guaranteed pension adding that no benefits will be abolished.

He also underlined that citizens should stop relying on social benefits, but they must have proper jobs.
