OTE Group to issue 500-million-euro bond loan

The Greek telecoms group of companies, OTE Group, on Tuesday launched a book-building process to issue a 500-million-euro bond loan in international markets.

The seven-year bond will be issued by OTE plc with the guarantee of OTE SA in the framework of an existing program of issuing medium-term bonds under UK law. The new bond will be listed in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Settlement date is September 24, 2019.

BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs International act as joint bookrunners/lead managers, while Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Eurobank Ergasias and Piraeus Bank act as co-managers.
