Alexis Tsipras meets with his party's MEPs in Brussels

Main opposition SYRIZA President Alexis Tsipras met with SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance MEPs at the European Parliament, during his visit to Brussels on Thursday.

According to a party announcement, the MEPs briefed Tsipras on the new balance of power and correlations in the Europarliament following the European elections in May.

Tsipras and the MEPs issues also discussed issues that will occupy the EU Summit (Brexit, Turkey, North Macedonia, Albania) and issues concerning domestic developments in Greece.

The main opposition leader spoke to them about the 'isyriza.gr' platform, through which thousands of voters have joined the party, and urged the campaign to continue and spread to Brussels and the other organisations abroad.
