Hellenic-Indian Business Council to promote trade, relations between Greece, India
NewsroomNearly 40 business owners formed a Greek-Indian agency to promote economic relations between the two countries, they said on Monday.
The Hellenic-Indian Business Council (HIBC) is an independent nonprofit organization that will promote Greek-Indian relations through the economy and trade in particular. It will serve as a representative of related Indian agencies, and provide advisory services to both governments and organizations.
It will help Greek business owners wishing to collaborate with companies in India and promote both countries' products to each other, as well as serve as a platform for exchanging ideas.
Its nine-member board of directors will convene in the near future to promote B2B meetings at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), where India is this year's honored country. HIBC will also have its own pavilion at the TIF trade show.
