Man arrested for tax office axe attack remanded in custody

A 45-year-old man arrested for an axe attack on the Kozani tax office, in which three employees sustained life-threatening injuries, was on Friday remanded in custody, with the unanimous agreement of the public prosecutor and examining magistrate handling the case. The suspect made no comment regarding his actions, remaining silent as he had done earlier with the police. He is to be transferred to Korydallos prison.
