ND leader Mitsotakis says 'yes' to a debate with the participation of all political leaders

Main opposition New Democracy (ND) leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis said "yes" to a debate, but with the participation of all political leaders.

Mitsotakis was speaking at Kriti TV.

"We are not a presidential democracy in which two candidates struggle to become presidents. We are a parliamentary republic and respect for parliamentary procedures requires a debate with the paticipation of all parliamentary leaders. We are making a big effort to organize this debate. I understand that there were some difficulties that really have to do with external factors, but we have given the dates we are available. I look forward to this debate and I think it will eventually be held," Mitsotakis said.
