Operation of asylum service offices in and around Athens suspended due to coronavirus incidents

Τhe operation of regional asylum offices in and around the Greek capital Athens has been temporarily suspended due to the infection with SARS-Cov-2 of four interpreters working there.

The closure affects the regional asylum offices of Attica, Piraeus and Alimos, as well the independent teams examining asylum applications by Pakistani nationals, the fast-track examination of international requests for international protection and those entitled international protection from Tuesday, October 6 until Friday, October 9.
