Georgiadis: Our economy will survive if those able to pay, do pay

"Our economy will survive if those that are able to pay, do pay," stated Development and Investments Minister Adonis Georgiadis on Tuesday, speaking to Real FM radio. He appealed to those who have the ability to pay what they owe to continue making payments as normal.

Later, in an interview with SKAI TV, he repeated that the indicators show that Greece is responding well to this healthcare crisis and will responsibly fight the battle for the economy as well. "We have offered a suspension of payments to almost everyone, but I ask those who are able to pay, even if they have the option of suspension, I appeal to their better nature and ask them to pay," said Georgiadis.
